Service Scope

VPNTe provides cross-border networking across 120+ countries and 190+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is designed to improve international connections and access to international websites and related network applications. Available regions, route types, and client entry points are determined by the content shown in the user panel at the time.

Network connections are affected by the network at your location, the status of target services, device conditions, route maintenance, and other external factors. VPNTe may schedule, maintain, or replace routes according to operating conditions to keep the service orderly. Plan features do not guarantee access to a particular website, application, regional content, or uninterrupted connectivity.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login credentials secure and remain responsible for subscription management, route usage, and support ticket activity under your account. If your credentials appear compromised, change your password promptly and stop granting access to unrelated third parties.

Monthly plans include: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated by the remaining days. Data packages include: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

Subscriptions support unlimited devices, but may only be used by the subscriber and devices within reasonable personal use. You may not resell, rent out, split, or otherwise distribute a subscription, publish access credentials, or continuously share an account with unrelated third parties. The account holder is responsible for abnormal usage, data consumption, or account risks caused by exposed credentials.

Compliant Use Requirements

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and in the regions involved in your use of the service, and independently confirm that your content access and network activity meet those requirements. Do not use the service to infringe the rights of others, distribute unlawful content, conduct network attacks, perform malicious scanning, commit fraud, gain unauthorized access, disrupt network facilities, or engage in other unlawful activity.

You may not occupy route resources through automation, sustained high-concurrency abuse, or other conduct clearly beyond normal personal use. Do not attempt to compromise the user panel, billing system, access controls, or service infrastructure. VPNTe may take necessary action against conduct that affects route stability, other users’ normal access, or platform security.

Availability and Liability

VPNTe maintains its routes and user panel, but the internet is dynamic. The service may experience temporary interruptions, connection changes, or feature differences due to network fluctuations, changes to target services, device settings, system updates, route maintenance, or uncontrollable external events. Assess network conditions yourself before important operations and retain necessary materials.

VPNTe is not liable for indirect losses caused by device failures, local network settings, third-party platform rules, incorrect configuration, exposed credentials, or violations of these terms. If an issue is related to service-side routes, submit a support ticket through the user panel with the platform, route, and symptoms involved so the issue can be investigated.

Suspension and Termination

If you resell a subscription, continuously share an account, use the service unlawfully, attack service facilities, make fraudulent payments, interfere with other users’ connections, or seriously violate these terms, VPNTe may restrict features, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. To protect the platform and routes, account access may be temporarily restricted during enforcement.

You may stop renewing and stop using the service. Ending use does not affect payments, data consumption, liability for violations, or other matters that arose before termination and are meant to continue. Once an account is terminated, related subscription access ends. Information retained as required by law or needed to resolve disputes is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Refunds and Changes to These Terms

A full refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment, without giving a reason. Submit refund requests through the user panel so the account, subscription, and payment records can be verified. The corresponding subscription service will stop once the refund is completed. Specific records involving repeat purchases, upgrades, or other subscription changes are governed by the order status shown in the user panel.

VPNTe may update these terms in response to service changes, compliance requirements, or operational rule changes. Updates will be published on this page, along with a revised last-updated date. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be noted through the website or user panel. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
